Evolution!

When I started bodybuilding, i was a very healthy and active sportsman. I used to be a runner during school days and loved doing physical fitness using own bodyweight. In year 2010, bodybuilding became my most favourite and anticipated sports. I started learning more and had lots of people asking me how i achieved such define and tone body. Just when things started to go well, i was knocked down by some serious health issues. I was going through very miserable days of my life. I was hit by anxiety attacks and panic disorders. Whatever i achieved in the 2 years of hardwork and training was all gone. My body became flabby. I started looking very thin, my stomach was bloating out and no muscles or definitions were there. I was suffering for almost 2 years and on 2014 i managed to get out of it as it was all in my mind. My disorders were not sickness or disease but symptoms, so i started to cope up well and increased my mental strength by spirituality and meditation. Once i came out of that. 2014 September i started to lift weights again. And trained hard for 2 years till 2016. 2016 September i took part in my first bodybuilding competition for Singapore nationals under two different categories. I did not win any placings but satisfaction was beyond words.

Testimony by Megan (one of Roshan’s client):

  • My name is Megan and I have been always trying to lose weight for 10 years and couldn’t achieve that goal until i met my coach Roshan. I started gaining more weight after my wedding and it was very difficult to get back into shape as i didn’t have the time to commit and do so. Coach Roshan guided me with proper diet plans and how to control my appetite for food and snacks. I couldn’t do any intensive exercises and i did not have time also. My weight loss program guided and monitored by coach Roshan was simple and effective. It was all by diet and lifestyle. I managed to lose 10 kg in 8 weeks by that nutrition plan he planned for me. It wasn’t easy at first, but he kept telling me if i don’t do my homework and not putting in effort to be determined then there is no way i will achieve my goal. So i listened and followed his instructions very carefully and properly. Today, I’m no longer a size L or XL and back to size S. For those women who want to lose some fats and look more attractive but don’t have time to do it then now is your chance to kick start your engine. And men who wants to lose that body fats and gain some muscles, this is your chance too. I’m so happy and confident now and all thanks to my coach Mr Roshan. It’s never too late and I’m glad i didn’t wait.
